By booking a pickup or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Pickup Conditions
Customers must ensure scrap is accessible at the agreed pickup address and that an adult is available to authorize collection and payment.
Material Verification
All materials are weighed and graded on-site using calibrated equipment. The final rate is determined by category, grade and prevailing market conditions at the time of pickup.
Payment Terms
Payment is made instantly on collection via UPI, bank transfer or cash, as agreed at the time of booking.
Booking Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by calling or WhatsApp-ing us at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
Liability Limitations
Sahil Scrap Dealer is not liable for items mistakenly handed over with scrap. Please review materials carefully before collection.
Pricing Changes
Rates published on our website are indicative and subject to change without notice based on market conditions.
