No Refunds After Pickup
Once scrap has been collected, weighed and payment has been made on-site, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concern about the weighing or pricing, please raise it with our pickup team before they leave the premises. Disputes raised at the time of pickup will be reviewed and resolved on the spot.
